Many of our clients utilise managed support packages to cover their requirements of managing small projects, helping to fix issues, manage each Salesforce release and provide general Salesforce guidance.
They are more flexible than day rates and are often useful to help scope out a project before a purchase of additional days is made for large projects, this is a ‘hybrid approach’. This is our preferred way of working with our clients.
